Sing it out…!

Music has always been a part of all cultures and beliefs across the globe and is a universal language that any living form can understand and respond to…

music

And SINGING is the form of music that is made even more powerful by us with the addition of lingual expressions to it… Love or Hatred; Sadness or Happiness; Frightfulness or Bravery; Inspiration or depression; Wisdom or Slavery; In fact, any feeling can never be expressed in a better way than through Singing…

Rather than a plain sentence, a song will always leave a higher impact over others… They start to flow with the rhythm and will be able to reach to your state of being much easily…

These days, the world knows about ‘VEDAS‘ (that make up the basic structure of my religion, HINDUISM)… I really admire at our ancient ‘SAINTISTS‘ (the then SCIENTISTS 😉 ) for such greatest compilation of information regarding everything and anything, which we can’t even imagine of still today… Apart from that, one thing always gets my focus…

To read and understand VEDAS, just the literature is not sufficient… They are never just read, but are always sung ( like in the media below)…

Yes, there is always a different RHYTHM and PITCH for enchanting the VEDIC Scripts… To understand and get a clear picture of what some thing means, the way they are sung is the only key…

I always wanted to know how and why it has become so important and special since ages and the scientific reasons behind all this music thing… Also, there is always this question from Parents – My child is able to remember a full song that he heard just once while he is not being able to remember his lesson even after reading it for 10 times… Why???

Finally, I could get something… and here it is…

Singing is found to effect both your body and mind…

In Brain,

  •  When you hum and sing and chant you start to feel serene. Your brain releases serotonin and lots of dopamine. This will throw you out of depression…
  • Your left brain and your right brain begin to synchronize and all your neural circuits shine like starry summer skies.
  • Singing helps you take things in, it helps you to relax. Makes it easier to remember. What you learn with music is harder to forget. Thus, Singing improves cognitive power..

In Body,

  • Singing is an aerobic activity that increases oxygenation in the blood stream and exercises major muscle groups in the upper body, even when sitting.
  • Singing shows action on the endocrine system which is linked to our health greatly…

Music is being used recently to reinforce challenging concepts, numeracy, motor skills and language development, and of course as a whole system of medication – “Music Therapy”.

The positive effects of music on health, growth, ageing, healing and psychological perspectives are more prominent in case of kids and older people…

So now, break all your inhibitions and sing a song aloud and experience the change first-hand…!

“Sing to create the vibrations… or atleast practice silence to inherit the Prevailing Vibrations” 🙂 Either ways, make music a part of your daily life…

Happy Singing and Take Care…! 🙂
